CBM99D10BQ 1GSPS, 14 bit, 3.3V CMOS direct digital frequency synthesizer

CBM99D10 is a direct digital frequency synthesizer (DDS) with a built-in 14 bit DAC, supporting up to 1 GSPS sampling rate and generating 400 MHz sine waveforms. Users can control the DDS output signal through internal frequency, phase, and amplitude control words.
DDS can perform fast frequency hopping and achieve a tuning resolution of 0.23 Hz using a 32-bit accumulator at a sampling rate of 1 GSPS. This DDS also achieves fast phase and amplitude switching function. Users can program the internal control registers of CBM99D10 through the serial I/O port to achieve control of CBM99D10.
The CBM99D10 integrates static RAM and can support multiple combinations of frequency, phase, and/or amplitude modulation.
CBM99D10 also supports user-defined CNC digital slope working modes. In this mode, frequency, phase, or amplitude vary linearly with time. The high-speed parallel data input port built-in in CBM99D10 can achieve direct frequency, phase, amplitude, or polarization modulation to support higher-level modulation functions.
