The CBM8628/CBM8629 exhibits extremely low input offset characteristics, with an offset voltage as low as 1μV, low noise of 0.5μV peak-to-peak (0Hz to 10Hz), and an ultra-low input offset voltage drift of less than 0.005μV/°C. These features make them well-suited for precision circuit applications. They support single supply operation from 2.7V to 5V (±1.35V to ±2.5V dual supplies).


The CBM8628/CBM8629 showcases exceptionally low input offset attributes, characterized by an offset voltage as minuscule as 1μV, a low noise level of 0.5μV peak-to-peak spanning the frequency range from 0Hz to 10Hz, and an incredibly low input offset voltage drift of less than 0.005μV per degree Celsius. Owing to these traits, they are eminently suitable for deployment in precision circuitry applications. The devices accommodate single power supply operation within the voltage range of 2.7V to 5V, or alternatively, dual supplies ranging from ±1.35V to ±2.5V.
