The CBM431, a three-terminal adjustable precision parallel voltage regulator by Corebai Microelectronics, is a preferred solution for addressing industry pain points. With its high precision, low noise, and broad adaptability, it delivers stable and reliable technical support for power supply systems across multiple sectors.

Wide-range programmable output: The output voltage can be flexibly adjusted between 2.495V (typical) and 40V using external resistors, covering low-voltage to medium/high-voltage applications. The product offers three precision levels (CBM431Z-C 0.5%, CBM431Z-A 1%, CBM431Z 2%), with a ±17mV deviation control for the reference voltage. This ensures power supply accuracy across various precision requirements and supports multiple device types without custom development.

Ultra-low dynamic output impedance: The typical dynamic output impedance is as low as 0.2Ω, and under conditions of IK=10mA to 100mA, f1.0KHz, it is only 0.5Ω at most. Compared to the dynamic impedance of traditional Zener diodes, which is usually tens to hundreds of ohms, the output voltage fluctuation can be significantly reduced when the load current changes abruptly, greatly improving the power supply stability in industrial control, precision measurement, and other scenarios. This feature ensures that the device maintains voltage stability even when the load changes frequently, avoiding signal distortion or functional abnormalities caused by power supply fluctuations.

Wide-range perfusion with low static power consumption: The perfusion current supports adjustable ranges from 0.1mA to 100mA, with a minimum cathode current of just 0.25mA. This design meets both the light-load requirements of low-power devices and the current demands of medium-heavy load scenarios. When turned off (VKA=40V, VREF=0), the cathode current drops to 0.17μA, significantly reducing system standby power consumption. This feature aligns with the long-lasting design needs of portable devices and battery-powered products.

Wide temperature operation with temperature compensation: Operating within-40to +125, featuring "compensation for over-rated temperature ranges". The baseline voltage deviation remains at 3-17mV across the entire temperature spectrum, with a temperature coefficient as low as 50ppm/. It maintains stable performance even in extreme conditions like industrial high-temperature workshops or outdoor freezing environments, effectively addressing precision degradation caused by temperature drift in conventional voltage stabilizers.

Low-noise fast response: The optimized circuit design delivers low output noise voltage, while its rapid turn-on response effectively reduces voltage ripple and signal interference. With outstanding open-loop voltage gain characteristics that maintain stable performance across wide frequency ranges, this design is ideal for noise-sensitive applications such as high-frequency switching converters and precision amplifiers.

Multi-package selection: Provides two mainstream packages, SOT23-3 and SOT89-3. The SOT23-3 has a maximum size of 3.02mm×1.70mm×1.25mm, which is suitable for small devices, while the SOT89-3 has better heat dissipation performance and is suitable for medium and high power scenarios.
