Leveraging high-speed CMOS and single-chip air-core transformer technology, these devices eliminate optocoupler structures, delivering a new isolation solution with low power consumption, high reliability, and easy design for industrial and automotive applications—delivering a revolutionary upgrade to digital signal transmission performance.
The "disruptive" low-power design consumes only 1/10 to 1/6 of the power required by traditional optocouplers, significantly reducing system energy consumption and thermal stress. With outstanding performance—exhibiting a mere 1.0 mA (typical value) at 5V supply and 0–2 Mbps rates—or an even lower power consumption of just 0.7 mA at 3V, it makes this module an ideal choice for battery-powered or low-power industrial control applications.
Industrial-grade anti-interference and reliability: Designed to withstand severe electromagnetic interference in industrial environments, the product delivers common-mode transient immunity exceeding 25 kV/μs (up to 35 kV/μs), ensuring stable signal transmission without frame loss. Its electrical isolation meets 1131 Vpeak basic insulation and 560 Vpeak enhanced insulation standards, complying with stringent safety regulations. CBMuD1402: Features VE1 independent output enablement and VE2 total output enablement, supporting independent control of single-channel outputs for complex systems requiring time-sharing switching and flexible output management.
